Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in their original state, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Once submitted, a return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you. Please print the shipping label. Place your items back in your package and attach the shipping label to the outside. Remember to keep your tracking number!
Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to arrive to our facility.
Once your return has been received by our warehouse, allow up to 7-10 business days to complete. Additional processing time may occur depending on your financial institution before the funds appear on your account.
We are not able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. You are welcome to return items you no longer wish to keep once they have been received.
Allow 2-5 business days (excluding weekends & all U.S. federal holidays) for processing before order ships from our warehouse. Delivery Time: Time begins calculating once order has shipped from the warehouse. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update from when the order has shipped.
